Dr. Ivory Toldson

Dr. Ivory Toldson is the Chief of Research for Concentric Educational Solutions and a professor at Howard University.

Dr. Toldson is a nationally recognized scholar in education equity, student engagement, and data interpretation, and previously served as Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

His recent work, "Redefining the Attendance Paradigm: A Systemic Analysis of Chronic Absenteeism, Economic Impacts, & Human-Centered Intervention," draws on insights from more than 17,000 home visits and offers one of the most comprehensive looks at the real barriers students face in attending school.
